Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont will offer two-for-one admission Valentine’s Day weekend, Feb. 11-12.

Visitors are invited to tour the historic 19th-century home preserved with Gari and Corinne Melchers’ original furnishings and the artist’s expansive studio filled with his impressionist paintings for $5 each, half the regular admission fee.
“Gari and Corinne Melchers shared a wonderful love story, from their shipboard meeting through a life devoted to art and each other,” said Belmont Director David Berreth. “Our staff enjoys telling their story and showing our visitors the details of their lives at Belmont and the inspiring art left here for all to see.”
