Due to a predicted wintry mix on Monday, Feb. 1, only essential employees should report to any of the three University of Mary Washington campuses. According to updated state leave policies, which have been revised to reflect the current work environment as a result of the pandemic, employees who are able to telework should plan to do so; snow emergency leave will not be applied to timecards. Employees who have questions should contact their supervisor.
As previously announced, all classes will be remote on Monday and Tuesday to better accommodate the re-entry testing of all residential and off-campus students who will come on campus this semester. In response to Monday’s anticipated inclement weather, students who have scheduled entry testing before 10 a.m. tomorrow should reschedule for later on Monday or for the additional entry testing Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
