Advancing Supervisory Leadership at UMW
This is a comprehensive leadership program, grounded in the competencies of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), focused on growing the skills to lead yourself successfully; support, develop, and lead others or a team; and develop and lead strategically to best serve the College in the long term.
The Eagle’s Summit will develop leadership skills in supervisors through structured leadership acumen content delivered both live in-person and asynchronously online, a book discussion with Cabinet members over the length of the program, a capstone project, and mentorship and coaching around the experience. There are three sections in the program that focus on developing leadership for yourself, successfully leading others, and beginning to build enterprise level leadership skills.
