Our University of Mary Washington community has a story to tell, a story about students who study abroad in Spain; about alumni who join the Peace Corps and launch businesses; about faculty who bring Think Labs – and the imagination that comes with them – to middle schools.
I am really happy to see Josh Bailey representing transfer students. It’s hard coming to UMW with no former knowledge of how a University works and having someone represent the life of a transfer student, which is typically overwhelming, like Josh is so motivating. I am also so impressed knowing that Josh completed that project. Thanks for putting a great role model, and way to go Josh!
