Meet Michael Empric, our official Guinness World Records adjudicator.
Michael has been with Guinness World Records for four years. Coming from the media and public relations world, he was looking for a job in New York City that he would really enjoy. After submitting a cold letter to the organization persuading them he would be the guy for the job, he got a call and was offered a position. As he says, “it was meant to be.”
Based out of the New York office, Michael travels around Canada, the United States, Central and South America to judge record attempts. While he has judged many mass participation records, Michael has yet to judge the record for the most people performing a jumping high-five simultaneously.
Michael has also never been to Fredericksburg, Va. so UMW is ready to give him a big welcome to our hometown!
