Guinness World Records Attempt: Most People Performing a Jumping High-Five Simultaneously
Wednesday, April 13

William M. Anderson Center
Open to the public. Capacity is limited. Registration is free but required for the event and will be available March 7. UMW will take 3,000 registrations, and the first 2,500 registered guests to arrive at the William M. Anderson Center will participate in the official attempt.
Note: Guinness World Records welcomes and encourages guests with disabilities to participate in the attempt. To be counted as part of the official record, individuals need to attempt the jumping high-five to the best of their abilities. For example, someone is in a wheelchair might raise their hand up to high five their partner.

Interested in watching but don’t want to participate in the official record? UMW will live-stream the event so you can catch the action. Due to building capacity, only participants will be allowed in the William M. Anderson Center. Stay tuned for a link!

UMW will attempt to beat the world record of 432 pairs of people performing a jumping high-five simultaneously, accomplished by 100 Years of Women in Transport in London this past June.
