Bio
Devin Fedor is a leader, strategist, and coach with over 15 years of experience in learning, leadership development, talent management, and organizational design and effectiveness. Devin joined Great Minds, a K-12 curriculum and education technology company, in 2022 as their Head of Organizational Design and Effectiveness. Prior to that, Devin spent nearly 9 years at Mary Washington Healthcare leading their HR Operations, Learning and Organizational Development functions.
Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, as well as certifications in leadership coaching, personality and style assessments, DEI, and competency modeling. She serves as a board member for the Women’s Leadership Colloquium at UMW and is a volunteer #IAmRemarkable facilitator.
