Bio
Stephanie Lyles has worked for Topside Federal Credit Union for over 14 years and is currently the Director of Marketing Outreach. Stephanie is a Past President of the North Stafford Rotary Club. Stephanie is the local face of the Credit Union, promoting the Credit Union in the community by also serving on the Chamber’s Network of Enterprising Women Steering Committee, the Chamber’s Workforce Now Committee, the Advisory Board of the UMW Leadership Colloquium, the Rappahannock Goodwill Industries Board, and the Friends of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library Board, along with numerous Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce events. A graduate of the Leadership Fredericksburg program, she received the Patricia Lacey Metzger Distinguished Achievement Award at the Leadership Colloquium in 2022, the Laurie A. Wideman Chamber of Enterprising Woman’s Reward, and has been recognized as the National Youth Involvement Board’s Outstanding Delegate of the Year.
Stephanie is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor; she holds a BS in Psychology and Biology from George Mason University. She worked as a Project Manager for Browne Brothers Construction, Inc. in Northern Virginia for 5 years and then started the Real Estate Book of Fredericksburg, a color, digest-sized homes magazine for 17 years before she came to the Credit Union.
Stephanie is married with three children and five grandchildren. She and her husband Scott reside in Stafford County with their 3 Australian Shepherds, 3 cats and two horses. When she is not working you can find her outside with the kids, dogs or horses.
