Concierge Services Team
The student Concierge Services student staff is responsible for providing on-site assistance in the CRUC Ballrooms, Living Rooms, and meeting spaces, along with the Digital Auditorium, and the Underground. Responsibilities include staffing the Information Desk in the CRUC and setting up furniture and some equipment in rooms for events in all three areas.
Each employee is required to have two weekday shifts and one weekend shift each two-week pay period. Shifts may be 2-4 hours long and are assigned based on student availability and preferences. Staff may also pick up shifts offered by other staff who may have a conflict and need coverage (shifts are staff responsibility until they are covered)
New staff are hired primarily at the start of each semester.
